360° Internal Geometry Sensor

The laser represents a new advancement in laser measurement technology. The sensor measures the internal geometries of bores, pipes, tanks, and other cavities. The radial laser scans the internal surface along a cavity geometry at 360° with 3600 angular points. The result is a precise 2D cross-section. In addition to measuring internal geometries, the laser can also detect the roundness and potential deformations of a pipe's internal geometry, allowing it to accurately identify deviations from the ideal shape. Sensors with various measurement ranges are available. The laser is the ideal complement to our crawlers with diameters starting from 180 mm. Together, they enable highly precise and efficient inspections, even in difficult-to-reach areas, where the combination of mobility and high-resolution laser measurement technology is critical."
